Cross Country Timing System Clips

There are two ways to attach QR codes to the racers: clips and printed labels

We recommend running a race with the printed labels (free) before purchasing clips to get used to the system. Purchase mailing label paper and print with XCMEET for free. These labels have an adhesive side that sticks to clothing.

Clips are an efficient way to log race results. They are small, light, durable, and easy to clip on and remove, but won't fall off.

• On race day, the racers will grab a clip, then go to Register Racer to enter their name and the clip they chose.
• Generic clips are $0.65 each, and custom clips are $0.75 each. To design and purchase custom clips, go to Clip Designer.
• Purchasing generic clips would require racers to register with the coach's account code. Custom clips let racers register with the code written directly on their clip.
• You can either buy just enough for your team and print barcodes for the other teams when you host a meet, or buy enough to cover your largest meet.
