The racer's personally identifiable information will not be sold, traded, or otherwise transferred to outside parties. The racers supply their name, grade/age, gender, and school/team. They can provide a nonsense name, if they don't want their real name shown in the race results.

The race director's (the one that logs in with their email, presumably you) personally identifiable information will not be sold, traded, or otherwise transferred to outside parties.

When ordering or logging into our site, as appropriate, you, the race director, may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

All personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. All information transmitted to and from the system is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

You, the race director, can clear your racer's information at any time. You can reset the race to eliminate the live results of that race.
